From Wild World: We’re holding our panel discussions at the Strong Rope Brewery in Red Hook at 6 PM. Featured speakers are Garrett Oliver (Brooklyn Brewery), Alice Feiring (author), Deirdre Heekin (La Garagista) and more culminating with a presentation by author and scientist Dr. Patrick McGovern (Ancient Brews, Ancient Wines; “The Indiana Jones of Ancient Fermented Beverages”).

Panels will be followed by a dinner based on the “King Midas Feast” prepared by Chef Gaby Gulielmetti. Includes 3 courses and all beverages.
