For one night only, two winemakers, @valentin_morel_vin (Domaine Les pieds sur terre, Jura) and Deirdre Heekin (Domaine @lagaragista , Vermont), will be talking about the vine, winemakers and agriculture during a unique dinner. How should we make wine today ? How should we take into account the current ecological issues ? What are hybryde wines ? What do they taste like ?

Come taste these atypical wines paired with a high-end menu created by our resident chef @nick.tamburo .
